This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in a property management company, a good knowledge of Lake Como, and a strong attitude for working with an international clientele with patience, kindness and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day support in property management activities
- Coordination with property owners, guests, suppliers, and external partners
- Managing communications with international clients before, during, and after their stay
- Handling operational issues with discretion, efficiency, and a client-oriented mindset
- Supporting administrative and organizational tasks related to property operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a property management company
- In-depth knowledge of the Lake Como area
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written
