"We were welcomed so greatfully at our arrival as if we were part of Francesco's family! Everything was explained detailled, the house is amazing and exactly as described. A modern style beach villa- its a dream! There is also a Nespresso machine in the kitchen! The beach with a Lido is just a few steps from the villa. You can say there are beach resorts where you have to walk longer to get to the beach from your appartment. It's really close!! The wide, sandy beach with its dunes is postcard atmosphere. There is a small mini market 5minutes by feet or 1minute by car to get the main things you need, but you can also drive to Menfi center (5-10minutes) to get everything you need (supermarkets), also an ATM is in the center (not at the beach!). For dinner, if you dont want to drive far, I recommend Porto Palo (5 minutes by car) with its seaside restaurants/bars where you get fresh fish, pizza, pasta, french fries, arranchini etc.. Restaurants open around 7.30p.m just in case you have children and in my opinion are not expensive at all. Our favorite was "Lido la Sirenetta Restaurant". But also Sciacca is not far away (20-30min) with some exquisite restaurants like Faro (fish) etc.. There is also a restaurant around 300m from the villa at the next lido which we did not try. Summing up we can fully recommend Francesco's exclusive villa and friendlyness and also the beach at the house! Thank you Francesco with family for accomodating us!
