This is what happens when two culinary worlds become one. ✨

On July 17, 2026, we celebrated a truly special evening with an unforgettable 4-Hands Dinner, inspired by the recognition of Italian cuisine as a UNESCO World Heritage tradition.

For one night, two extraordinary regions of Italy came together at Castel Fragsburg: the sun-kissed Mediterranean flavors of Tuscany met the refined Alpine cuisine of South Tyrol.

Two Michelin-starred chefs, of Relais & Châteaux and our Executive Chef , joined forces to create a menu that honored tradition, craftsmanship, and innovation. An exclusive wine pairing by and accompanied the entire evening

United by the shared values of Relais & Châteaux authenticity, excellence, hospitality, and respect for local heritage, they transformed this evening into a truly unforgettable culinary experience.
