Della "Foresta Sheraton Diana Majestic" vi abbiamo già parlato: un grande giardino diffuso con 200 alberi e 6 specie diverse, che attraversa le terre di 4 Paesi.

Perfettamente in linea col vostro stile, vi caleremo negli anni d'oro dello swing con uno show raffinato e unico dalle note retrò!

I recently stayed with this hotel and had very bad experience. I originally booked two nights nonrefundable. Due to some urgent issue, I had to cancel one night so I called them before my check-in to negotiate. On the call, the person said she needs to get her manager's permission as it is nonrefundable booking. I said ok as long as you can consider and pls let me know the confirmation/decision before your next action. However, they canceled one night with penalty without calling me. I only realized it when I checked out and received a bill for two nights. My point is not to blame them to charge me the penalty but when I was trying to negotiating and waiting for their confirmation, they just made the change and sent to me the bill. It is really disappointing how they handle customer's request. and when I tried to speak with them again after all these, they just don't care. very bad experience!

a month ago i make a reservation of 4 rooms 3 Deluxe Room and 1 (for me) executive all 100% prepaid. yesterday my staff arrive got the rooms that is big and nice but when i arrive today and got my room it was a bad surprise the room time that even in a 3 star hotel it will be a shame to call it executive.
after i complain to the manager and show him the photo on the web he told me that in the hotel there are many kinds of executive rooms and my is one of them.
but tomorrow he will tray to upgrade the room my be.
it can be easy see in the photos add.
now i cant sleep i fill claustrophobic and from the anther side that i didn't live this hotel the moment the manager take me as a full!
Sheraton is an old luxury brand SPG is a Sirius chain.
tomorrow I need to work the hall day and don't know how to due that after not slip the night i think that the attitude of the management is minimum not honest and moor.
after i complain to the manager and show him the photo on the web he told me that in the hotel there are many kinds of executive rooms and my is one of them.
