Dear Guests, Friends and World Travellers, the international community is facing the challenge of the consequences of the Corona Virus Covid-19, that starting from China, soon reached all the continents, shaking the world public opinion.
The Italian government took a very heavy but important decision, going for national restrictive measures till April 3rd 2020, regarding the free movement of people within Italian regions, but also abroad, in order to prevent further risks for the country, and the entire world.
Media and social networks are talking about it all the time everywhere so we want to give you our live perception of what’s happening. We are all good, our team and families are fine and the situation in Milan is well managed by all the healthcare workers.
We have decided to go beyond the preventing norms that help to contain the spread of the virus, imposing a temporary closure of our activities until April 3, 2020, in respect of our Guests, our Team, our family.
We are looking at the future with hope, because we learned a lot from our past history – the long history of a country that during the years faced the adversities with responsibility, community sacrifice and strong will, to create a better tomorrow.
Thank you to all the international travel community that everyday supports us and shows us affection. Your love, even if just virtual, shortens the distance.
During this pause time we will keep on sharing our positive thoughts and the beauty of our city, keeping you informed on the current situation and giving some travel inspiration for when the time will be right for you to be back visiting us here in Milan.
We are still working, ready to answer all your requests and needs, as usual. These three weeks will pass by soon, even sooner knowing all of you are there supporting us!

Cari Ospiti, Amici e Viaggiatori del mondo, l’intera comunità mondiale sta affrontando in queste settimane le conseguenze del Corona Virus Covid-19, che, partendo dalla Cina, in breve tempo si è propagato in ogni continente e che da giorni sta scuotendo l’opinione pubblica internazionale.
Il governo italiano ha fatto una scelta importante e impegnativa: quella di emanare dei provvedimenti restrittivi fino al giorno 3 aprile 2020 sugli spostamenti delle persone, al di fuori dei confini di ogni provincia, regione e all’estero, per contenere il rischio di propagazione.
Ognuno di noi è tempestato quotidianamente di informazioni attraverso i media, la stampa e i social network. Da parte nostra vogliamo solo farvi sapere che noi stiamo bene, che il nostro team e le famiglie stanno bene e che a Milano la situazione è ben gestita da tutti gli operatori sanitari.
Abbiamo deciso di andare oltre la norma che aiuta a contenere l’espandersi del virus, imponendoci una chiusura temporanea delle nostre attività fino al 3 aprile 2020, per rispetto verso i nostri Ospiti e il nostro team.
Siamo fiduciosi, perché la nostra storia insegna, la storia millenaria di un paese che ha saputo affrontare i momenti più difficili con grande senso di responsabilità, spirito di sacrificio e determinazione, per creare un futuro sempre migliore.
Grazie a tutta la comunità internazionale dei viaggiatori per sostenerci e per tutte le testimonianze di affetto e apprezzamento che ci fate pervenire ogni giorno. La vostra vicinanza, anche se virtuale, accorcia le distanze.
Noi continueremo a raccontare le bellezze della nostra città e a darvi informazioni dalle quali trarre ispirazione per quando verrete a farci visita.
