Dear customers, we understand the requests for reimbursement for missed stays but we also ask you to understand our situation made by men and women who worked before this pandemic to give you the best of them during your future stay. We understand that for each of you the money paid in advance seems to be a lot, but for us we can become an insurmountable wall. We ask you to be patient and to put a hand on your heart and think about the future of our collaborators and all the tourist comparison.
We will have time to offer compensatory stays to what you anticipate if it helps us to overcome this dramatic moment.

Gentili clienti comprendiamo le vostre richieste di rimborso per i mancati soggiorni ma vi chiediamo di capire anche la nostra situazione fatta di uomini e donne che prima di questa pandemia hanno lavorato per darvi il meglio di loro durante il vostro soggiorno futuro. Capiamo che per ognuno di voi i soldi versati anticipatamente sembrino molti,ma per noi possono diventare un muro insormontabile vi chiediamo di avere pazienza e di mettervi un mano sul cuore e pensare al futuro dei nostri collaboratori e del comparto turistico tutto.
