Il giardino del Four Seasons Hotel Milano si è magicamente trasformato nell'Après-Ski più ricercato in città. Paesaggio innevato, due storiche cabinovie della funicolare del 1947, caldi plaid e sci vintage ci accolgono per regalarci un pezzetto di Courmayeur nel cuore della città. Il Bar manager Luca Angeli e l'Executive Chef Fabrizio Borraccino hanno studiato un menu dedicato che richiama le atmosfere di montagna utilizzandone i suoi prodotti locali. Alcuni esempi? Lo Skyway Martini, la Mocetta con polenta fritta, il Courmayeur Spritz e la Focaccia con prosciutto crudo al Genepy.

Gli ospiti dell'hotel potranno partire da Milano e raggiungere Courmayeur per vivere una giornata speciale, scegliendo diverse avventure, come l'adrenalinico Heliski, lo sleddog, un emozionante volo panoramico o una rilassante ciaspolata.

The garden of the Four Seasons Hotel Milano has magically transformed into the most sought after Après-Ski in the city. Snowy landscape, two historic 1947 funicular cabins, warm throws and vintage skis welcome us to give us a piece of Courmayeur in the heart of the city. The Bar Manager Luca Angeli and Executive Chef Fabrizio Borraccino have created a dedicated menu that recalls the atmosphere of the mountains using its local products. Some examples? The Skyway Martini, the Mocetta with fried polenta, the Courmayeur Spritz and the Focaccia with raw ham with Genepy. Hotel guests can leave Milan and go to Courmayeur to experience a special day, choosing different adventures, such as the adrenaline Heliski, dog sledding, an exciting panoramic flight or a relaxing snowshoein.

Tra gli eventi wine & food segnalati in agenda da WineNews, il 7 dicembre a Milano, si ritorna alla Prima della Scala, che vede in scena “Boris Godunov” di Modest Musorgskij diretto da Riccardo Chailly con la regia di Kasper Holten per dare il via alla stagione artistica 2022-2023, e si ritorna a brindare alla consolidata partnership tra Bellavista Wine e il Teatro alla Scala. Uno degli indirizzi più iconici di Milano, il Four Seasons Hotel Milano, porta l’atmosfera di Courmayeur Mont Blanc in città con il nuovo Après-Ski. Invece a Torino, “Torino Wine Week” il 3 e il 4 dicembre lancia “Naturalmente Vino”, primo Salone di vini naturali. E in occasione del Salone torna anche la “Notte Rossa Barbera - Preview - 2/3 dicembre”, organizzata dall’ Associazione Culturale FEA con una preview in attesa dell’evento principale che si terrà a marzo 2023. Il 10 dicembre la Cantina Tramin tra i vigneti dell’Alto Adige accoglie curiosi e appassionati con “Il Natale dei cinque sensi”, e un ricco programma, alla scoperta delle sue eccellenze enologiche e delle specialità gastronomiche. Mentre in Alta Badia, il 10 dicembre torna il “Gourmet Skisafari” a 2.000 metri sulle piste nel cuore delle Dolomiti Patrimonio Mondiale Unesco. E come ogni anno la Strada Vino Trentino sceglie il momento delle Festività per celebrare al meglio le bollicine di montagna, con la rassegna “A tutto bollicine” in programma fino all’8 gennaio su tutto il territorio. E anche dall’8 all’11 dicembre torna la dedicata alla grappa trentina: la “Notte degli alambicchi accesi”, coinvolgente spettacolo itinerante di Apt Garda Dolomiti tra le strade e le distillerie del caratteristico borgo di Santa Massenza, “capitale” della grappa artigianale. Il 3 dicembre a Roma si festeggiano i 20 anni della Guida “Vinibuoni d'Italia 2023” del Touring Club Italiano, con un Tasting Event all’Auditorium della Tecnica, con gli oltre 850 vini premiati. Stesso giorno in cui, all’Hotel Roma Cavalieri va in scena la cerimonia dell’edizione n. 22 degli “Oscar del Vino”, riconoscimento di rilievo internazionale di Bibenda e Fis-Fondazione Italiana Sommelier, in programma in occasione della grande “Festa dei 5 Grappoli 2023”. In tutta Italia, è tempo dell’ultimo evento del calendario 2022 del Movimento Turismo del Vino Italia, le “Cantine Aperte a Natale” (di scena per tutto il mese di dicembre). A Torgiano, fino al 24 marzo 2023, si sono accesi i riflettori sulla prima edizione di “Torgiano Winter ”, evento culturale con reading teatrali, presentazioni di libri, concerti jazz e di lirica, promosso dalla Fondazione Lungarotti. Per dare un tocco di allegria glamour a questo autunno milanese l'Executive Chef Fabrizio Borraccino ha creato, insieme con lo Chef Massimo Mantarro del Ristorante il Principe Cerami, presso il San Domenico Palace di Taormina, un menù che ha i sapori e i profumi della bella Sicilia. The Executive Chef Fabrizio Borraccino has created, together with Chef Massimo Mantarro of the Ristorante il Principe Cerami, at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina, a menu that has the flavors and aromas of beautiful Sicily to give a touch of glamorous joy to this autumn in Milan. The table is laid with a special setting curated by Dolce & Gabbana Casa for this special event. Sicilian Lunches are waiting for us every Saturday and Sunday (from the 01st of October to the 26th of November) at the Four Seasons Hotel Milano, an event not to be missed!!!! xoxox. I reveal some courses: "Alicette alla Beccafico" with caramelized red onion; Durum wheat "palermitana pennette" with fennel and anchovies; Messina style Swordfish rolls; among the desserts the Classic Palermitana Cassata or the Assortment of Cannolicchi. In attesa di ritrovarci a Torino per la seconda edizione in presenza di Cucina Dolce Giovani, siamo felici di presentarvi, uno alla volta, in rigoroso ordine alfabetico, i take those pastry chef che animeranno la due giorni di formazione attiva, con gli allievi di tante scuole professionali italiane suddivisi in brigata per realizzare una composizione di dessert al piatto e petits fours da presentare in una cena speciale, il 7 novembre!

Domenico Di Clemente
Nato a Bisceglie nel 1975, ha un lungo curriculum internazionale. Dalle pasticcerie di Cristian Beduschi a Cortina e Stefano Laghi a Ravenna, al quinquennio londinese in cui lavora prima al Grain Store di Bruno Loubet, poi allo Spoon di Alain Ducasse. Nel 2004 entra a far parte dell’universo Four Seasons, per il quale lavora in Europa, Stati Uniti e Canada, per approdare a Firenze, dove per 10 anni è executive pastry chef del Four Seasons. Nel 2014 la Guida de L’Espresso lo proclama Pastry Chef dell’anno. Nel 2015 è membro fondatore di Pass 121, collettivo che riunisce i maggiori pasticcieri da ristorazione italiani. È membro Ampi dal 2017 e oggi executive pastry chef della Pasticceria Martesana di Milano.

Il concetto ispiratore di Domenico è la ricerca, che si sviluppa a 360 gradi e coinvolge ogni aspetto della professione, dalla materia prima alla tecnica alla presentazione, senza dimenticare tutti gli aspetti organizzativi e gestionali e il “fattore umano”.
