Loft di recentissima costruzione nella ex fabbrica di Coca-Cola ristrutturata di Milano. Ottimamente rifinito viene affittato per brevi e brevissimi periodi, è situato in contesto condominiale con servizio portineria ed area giochi per bambini, bar e ristorante.
È composto da un soggiorno con cucina accessoriata, 1 bagno con doccia, disimpegno e ampio soppalco con camera da letto. L’appartamento ben arredato è completo di ogni comfort, dispone di una piacevole vetrata alta 5 metri che permette l’illuminazione diretta dell'appartamento.
Posto al 1° piano (alto) è dotato di ascensore e quindi risulta accessibile anche per portatori di handicap motori.
Risulta pertanto un'ottima sistemazione per 2 / 5 persone
È possibile aggiungere lettino per bambini con biancheria annessa.

Collocato in una tranquilla via trasversale a Viale Monza, poco trafficata è situato a 6 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della MM1 metropolitana ROSSA (diretta per Corso Buenos Aires, San Babila (connessione con bus 73 per aeroporto Linate), Duomo, Rho Fiera.
All'uscita del cancello del parco (10 METRI) c'è la fermata dell'autobus N° 51 E 86 (CONNESSIONE PER MM2 metropolitana VERDE, CIMIANO) per la stazione ferroviaria di Lambrate e Centrale.
Nei dintorni:
Adiacente al parco è presente un centro commerciale dotato di tutti i servizi quali supermercato, lavanderia, bar, parrucchiere, sartoria.
THE SPACE
A recently refurbished loft in a redeveloped ex Coca-Cola factory. The loft is decorated to a very high standard, and is available for short and very short lets. It is situated within a condominium which includes a porter/reception, a play area for children, a bar/caffé and a restaurant.
The loft is composed of: an open living area including a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and roomy upper level where the bedroom is situated. The apartment comes complete with all mod cons and has an attractive 5 meter high glass window which allows for a direct natural lighting of the loft.
Situated on the first floor (high) and reachable by lift, the apartment is accessible also for people with limited mobility. It is a great option for 2 to 4 people, and it is possible to add a single children’s bed, linen included.
The apartment is available for rent for periods of a maximum of weeks, renewable, (for longer periods, please contact us directly).
GUEST ACCESS
General facilities: air conditioning, heating, bed linen, washing machine.
Sleeps: Bedroom (2 guests) in 1 double bed; the living room (2 guests) in 1 double sofa bed.
Bathroom: Soap and shampoo, towels, shower, bidet, hairdryer.
Kitchen: Plates, electric kettle, cutlery, glasses, oven, cooking utensils, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine.
Entertainment/electrical equipment: Free internet (Wi-fi), TV, radio, CD player.
PRICE IS INCLUSIVE OF: ben linen and towels. Guests will also find a breakfast corner (complete with milk, Italian ground coffee and America-style percolator coffee, tea, honey, jams, biscuits, dry toast, cereal).
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Hosts leave in the door besides the flat you are going to rent. Whaterver guests need can knock on their door.
OVERVIEW
Situated in a quiet side street of Viale Monza with very little traffic,, the apartment is 6 minutes walking distance from the Precotto MM1 red line metro/ underground station which goes to Corso Buenos Aires, San Babila (where there is the connecting bus no. 73 to Linate airport), Duomo, and Rho Fiera.
Upon exiting the gate of the nearby park (situated 10 meters from the condominium complex), there is a bus stop for buses no.s 51 and 86 (connections for the MM2 Green line metro/underground Cimiano station), which goes towards the overground train stations Lambrate and Centrale.
AROUND NEIGHBORHOOD
Next to the park there is a shopping center where all major amenities can be found; supermarket, dry cleaners, bar/caffé, hairdresser, dress alterations.
THINGS TO MAKE IN EVIDENCE
Check in is after 6 p.m. and before midnight (12 a.m.), check out is before 11 a.m. It is in any case possible to negotiate check in and check out times prior to arrival. For late check in you will be asked to pay 20 euros extra for each our after midnight.
Upon arrival you will be asked to provide personal identity documentation which will photocopied, unless photocopies are provided directly by the guest/s.
We expect guests to leave the house reasonably clean when they leave (clean dishes, garbage dumped, etc...)
If you want to have a cultural private tour of the city we have an agreement with a specialized touristic agency which will organize a cultural tour tailored on your needs.
Only for our guest they can apply a special discount of 10% (just inform them that you are guest of "loft Mariani")
It will be possible to visit the Last Supper (only booking in advance), the Sforza Castle, the Cathedral, the Scala Theatre and some other beutiful treasures in the city with licensed tourist guide and art historians.
After your booking I will give you all the instructions about this touristic proposal.
LOFT RULES
-Please remember that this is a residential condominium; it is strictly forbidden to disturb residents with any kind of noise. Any disturbance of this kind will force us to ask you to leave the property.
-Guests not declared at the time of booking will not be accepted.
-Smoking is strictly forbidden
-No pets are allowed
-Please always lock the door from inside
-Do not use the washing machine and microwave simultaneously
-Please place you rubbish in the relevant recycling/waste bin under the kitchen sink. For longer stays, we kindly ask you to empty the waste bins by going to level -1, where you will find the condominium’s communal recycling/waste disposal area.
-Please take off your shoes before going upstairs
