d modern amenities are the distinguishing features of Casa Polpo. Just round the corner, also in one of the typical narrow streets of the Centro Storico, you will find the Casa Fava. This bright open plan apartment was converted and renovated with the same love for details. All rooms are connected by wide passageways, and from the kitchen a staircase leads directly to the large 40 sqm roof terrace. Shops, cafés and restaurants are just round the corner, and the small local beach is also within easy reach (172 metres from Casa Polpo or 143 metres from Casa Fava). There are lonely coves, beautiful sandy beaches and cliffs to explore in the surrounding area. The varied countryside around Monopoli has a lot to offer. The picturesque towns of Locorotondo, Ostuni, Alberobello or Lecce are all within easy reach. Both our apartments are a perfect base for exploring the area and a relaxed holiday

Casa Polpo & Casa Fava – appartamento

Das Casa Polpo und das Casa Fava sind Ferienwohnungen in Monopoli, einer alten Fischerstadt in Apulien an der Ostküste Süditaliens. In einer schmalen Gasse im Centro Storico, dem historischen Kern der charmanten Altstadt liegt das Casa Polpo, die mit gotischen Bögen durchzogene Wohnung, in einem Haus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Die großzügig geschnittene, ehemalige Kapitänswohnung haben wir 2014 saniert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu einer Ferienwohnung mit bester Ausstattung umgebaut. Weitläufigkeit und hohe Decken, reduzierte Einrichtung und moderne Ausstattung zeichnen das Casa Polpo aus.

Nur eine Ecke weiter, auch im Centro Storico in einer genauso schmalen Gasse, liegt das Casa Fava. Die helle und offen geschnittene Wohnung haben wir 2018 saniert und mit ebenso viel Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut. Alle Räume sind durch große Durchgänge miteinander verbundenen und von der Küche führt eine Treppe direkt auf die 40 Quadratmeter große Dachterrasse.

Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants sind um die Ecke und auch der kleine Stadtstrand ist nur 172 Meter (vom Casa Polpo) oder 143 Meter (vom Casa Fava) entfernt. Einsame Buchten, schöne Sandstrände und die felsige Küste sind in umliegender Nähe.

Monopolis Hinterland ist vielseitig und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Städte wie Locorotondo, Ostuni, Alberobello oder Lecce sind nicht weit.
