Oggi, 4 ottobre, celebriamo San Francesco d’Assisi, Patrono d’Italia.
Una figura che ancora oggi rappresenta valori universali come la pace, la semplicità, il rispetto per la natura e per ogni forma di vita.

Quest’anno ricorre inoltre l’**800° anniversario della sua morte**, un’occasione per ricordare la sua straordinaria eredità e il suo profondo legame con il creato.

In questa occasione, condivido alcune delle mie migliori fotografie della statua di San Francesco che si trova qui a Monterosso al Mare .

Today, October 4th, we celebrate Saint Francis of Assisi, the Patron Saint of Italy.
A figure who continues to represent universal values such as peace, simplicity, respect for nature and for all living beings.

This year also marks the **800th anniversary of his death**, an opportunity to remember his extraordinary legacy and his deep connection with nature and creation.

On this occasion, I am sharing some of my best photographs of the statue of Saint Francis located here in Monterosso al Mare .

The Via delle Agavi is finally open again today !! – a scenic walk linking Fegina to the historic centre of Monterosso. We recommend taking this walk to enjoy the incredible views from above and also to visit the statue of St Francis of Assisi, statue symbol of Monterosso.
