Emma liefert die Kommentare.🗣️ „Unsere Künstlerin Ailine kreiert mit etwas Kaffee und geschäumter Milch kleine Kunstwerke – Herzchen, Kätzchen, Schwäne und zu Halloween sogar gruselige Kürbisse. Sie macht einfach den schönsten und leckersten Kaffee. Unsere Gäste können das bestätigen. Nicht umsonst wird bei uns immer der Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine bestellt.“

Es gibt da etwas, das bei unseren Gästen einfach immer funktioniert: Der Eiswagen nach dem Abendessen 🍨 Egal, wie viel man schon verköstigt hat – einen Platz für Eis findet man immer. 🍦 Wir sind fest davon überzeugt, dass das daran liegt, dass alle Eis- und Sorbetsorten, die wir den ganzen Tag über anbieten, hausgemacht sind – von unserem Patissier-Team Paolo, Melanie, Sinja und Martina. Und jetzt die wichtigste Frage: Lieber fruchtig mit Zitrone 🍋 oder cremig mit unserem Haselnusseis 🌰?
C’è una cosa che conquista sempre i nostri ospiti: il carretto dei gelati dopo cena 🍨 Non importa quanto si abbia già assaggiato – per un gelato c’è sempre spazio 🍦 Siamo fermamente convinti che il motivo sia uno: tutti i nostri gusti di gelato e sorbetto, disponibili durante tutta la giornata, sono fatti in casa dal nostro team di pasticceria composto da Paolo, Melanie, Sinja e Martina. Alle guten Dinge sind drei – und das sind bei uns unsere drei Lehrlinge Simon, Matthias und Felix. Alle drei haben am selben Tag erfolgreich ihre Lehrabschlussprüfung bestanden.🎉 Wahnsinn! Jetzt haben wir sie endlich ganz für uns – für den Lindenhof. Wir sind unglaublich stolz auf unsere jungen Talente, sodass wir gleich ein Foto zur Erinnerung gemacht haben, gemeinsam mit Joachim, unserem Chefkoch Giosuè und Emma. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!🥰
Dicono che non c’è due senza tre – e nel nostro caso sono proprio i nostri tre apprendisti Simon, Matthias e Felix. Tutti e tre hanno superato con successo l’esame di fine apprendistato lo stesso giorno.🎉 Incredibile! Adesso li abbiamo finalmente tutti e tre solo per noi – per il Lindenhof. Siamo incredibilmente orgogliosi dei nostri giovani talenti, tanto che abbiamo subito scattato una foto ricordo insieme a Joachim, al nostro chef Giosuè e a Emma. Congratulazioni!🥰

“Una camera con la vista più bella, per favore.”🏔– probabilmente è la frase che sentiamo più spesso dai nostri ospiti. E sinceramente? Li capiamo benissimo. Da noi potete scegliere tra la vista su Merano, sul Monte Tramontana, sulla Val Venosta oppure sul giardino con il meraviglioso campanile. Ora siamo curiosi: quale panorama sarebbe il vostro preferito?🪟

Mehrere Tage arbeiten wir daran, euch diese Vielfalt am Donnerstag anbieten zu können. Hausgemacht bedeutet eben auch viel Zeit – und viele Hände. Inzwischen sorgt ein Team von vier Mitarbeiter*innen in unserer Patisserie für dieses süße Schauspiel: Paolo, Melanie, Martina und Sinja.🍨🥮 Mit viel Liebe entstehen hier Pralinen, Eis, Petit Pâtisserie, Gummibärchen, Crème brûlée, Cannoli und vieles mehr für unser begehrtes Dessertbuffet. Keine Sorge, an den übrigen Tagen werdet ihr natürlich ebenfalls mit hausgemachten Süßspeisen à la carte verwöhnt.😋
Lavoriamo per diversi giorni per potervi offrire questa varietà il giovedì. Fatto in casa significa anche tanto tempo – e tante mani.
