A warm welcome back to our dear friends from World Vegan Travel and Joyful Vegan 🤗🌿♥️

This week, we are very happy to have the new World Vegan Travel & Joyful Vegan Group Tour with us at LA VIMEA. This means a lot for us to see our friends returning every few years with a new group of like-minded plant-based guests.

For the arrival dinner, our team prepared these small hand-drawn welcome cards, inspired by some of our local Naturno’s treasures: St.Prokulus, the oldest early Christian church in South Tyrol, and St. Zeno, dedicated to the patron saint who protects against flooding. A small gesture, made with care, to say how happy we are to have you here.

❗ We are hiring! 🌿 Vegan Hotel LA VIMEA (Naturno, South Tyrol, Italy) is looking for experienced, motivated, and reliable members for our Vegan Team for the 2026 Season. Vegan or open to a vegan approach.

Currently open position:
🌿 Chef de Partie [Vegan]
🌿 Commis de Cuisine
🌿 Service Commis / Waitress

Requirements & Conditions:
• Season: June – November 2026
• Preference will be given to vegan applicants
• Food and accommodation are provided (mostly in double rooms; no pets allowed)
• Languages required: English for all 3 positions. For Service Commis, additional German language would be an advantage
• Previous experience in this position + Reference Letter from the previous employer
• EU citizens / or a valid working permit in Italy is mandatory

💫 Sometimes a dream begins quietly, with just a book 📕 and the sense that one day your life might move in that direction…

Yesterday, at Identità Golose 2026 Food Congress, our Chef Aggeliki Charami was honored to meet Alain Ducasse, the legendary Chef whose first book awakened her dream of haute cuisine and inspired her to step onto the professional culinary path.

For Chef Aggeliki, it was not simply a meeting. It was a dream came true, a moment of looking back at the girl who once held his book and imagined another life, and at the woman she is today - standing in her chef’s jacket, carrying her own vision - 100% plant-based 🌱

True inspiration is where a journey may begin. While the true meaning lies in the path you choose to build for yourself.
Aggeliki’s path became one shaped by ethical dining, plant-based creativity, and a deep belief that haute cuisine can be both beautiful and compassionate. What once began as admiration for a great chef has, over time, become something personal: a clear culinary identity rooted in her own values, her own sensitivity, and her own voice.

At LA VIMEA, stories like this feel meaningful and close to our heart. In growing gently, staying true to your values, and turning inspiration into something meaningful.
