The Hotel Sonnalp is directly located in Obereggen at the feet of the Catinaccio and Latemar (Val d’Ega – 20 km from Bolzano) on the ski-slopes of the Ski Centre Latemar. The Hotel is during summer and winter the perfect starting point for mountain excursions or ski tours. Its excellent cuisine and fine wines granted this lodging facility and so the Sonnalp was rated 15 points out of 20 by the famous restaurant guide Gault Millau. Its specialties are prepared skillfully combining Mediterranean, Alpine and international flavors, and are served in the beautiful panoramic restaurant and in the cozy traditional Tyrolean dining room. The enlarged wellness area offers a modern indoor pool, Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Roman bath, salt grotto, mist shower, whirlpool bath, fitness room, relax area and heated outdoor pool.
