The day begins at 6:30 AM as the oven warms up, ready to bake our daily fresh tarts 🥧

Next, we slice freshly baked artisan bread, arrange fine local cheeses, cured meats, and homemade jams 🧀🥖 And just before serving, warm pancakes are prepared to order 🥞

With morning light filling the estate, the coffee cups travel across the frescoed grand salon ☕️🏛️

7:58 AM—two minutes early, our first guest arrives. Ready to savor a peaceful morning, accompanied only by the soft chirping of birds in the private park.
