Warm stone under bare feet, light moving slowly through white walls.
Frise with tomatoes still warm from the sun, a prickly pear growing quietly in the red earth.
And the only traffic jam of the day? A tractor ahead of us on a country lane, and no reason at all to overtake.
This is the pace we live by here.

This woman, probably the daughter of the older one, brought a foldable chair from home to let her mom sit together with her friends in the village’s square during “La sagra dell’uva”.

So many of you have asked us how it all began, and we’ve never quite known where to start. Maybe it starts here, with a story instead of a caption.

In 2020, we walked into a ruin surrounded by olive trees and somehow saw a home. We had no real plan, just a feeling we couldn’t ignore. What followed were two years of decisions made on site, mistakes we learned to love, and a lot of dust in places we didn’t expect.

We weren’t building a business. We were building something we wanted to come back to, with our own family, every summer. Everything else came after.

This is that story.

We never expected to fall for something this simple.

One evening, sitting at a long wooden table under the trullo’s quiet stone ceiling, we learned how luminarie are shaped from wire and light, guided start to finish by hands that have done this for a lifetime.
Just patience passed down, one gesture at a time, until the shape in front of us made sense.

By the end of that single evening, we understood something we did not know that morning. And when the lights switched on for the first time, we realized this was not just a skill. It was a feeling we wanted to keep.

Now we get to offer that same evening to you. One night, one teacher, amazing , one craft, learned exactly the way it should be.

Non ci aspettavamo di innamorarci di qualcosa di così semplice.

Una sera, seduti a un lungo tavolo di legno sotto il soffitto di pietra del trullo, abbiamo imparato come si danno forma alle luminarie con il filo e la luce, guidati dall’inizio alla fine da mani che lo fanno da una vita, da quelle di .
Solo pazienza tramandata, un gesto alla volta, finché la forma davanti a noi non ha avuto senso.

Alla fine di quell’unica sera, avevamo capito qualcosa che non sapevamo quella mattina. E quando le luci si sono accese per la prima volta, abbiamo capito che non era solo un’abilità. Era una sensazione che volevamo custodire.

Ora possiamo offrire quella stessa sera anche a voi. Una sera, un maestro, un’arte, imparata esattamente come dovrebbe essere.

Pietra, acqua e luce, in perfetto equilibrio. Certe sere cambiano il modo in cui guardi tutto il resto.

One year ago, we made a dream come true.
We bought this ancient casedda, nestled between olive trees and dry stone walls, and we celebrated it as a family.
That day was filled with joy, gratitude, and the quiet awareness that something meaningful was beginning.

From this place, the soul of EVO started to take shape. It was born from love, simplicity, and a timeless sense of beauty.

Un anno fa abbiamo realizzato un sogno.
Abbiamo acquistato questa antica casedda, nascosta tra ulivi e muretti a secco, e l’abbiamo festeggiata in famiglia.
Era una giornata piena di gioia, di gratitudine e della consapevolezza silenziosa che stava nascendo qualcosa di importante.

Da questo luogo ha iniziato a prendere forma l’anima di EVO. È nata dall’amore, dalla semplicità e da un senso di bellezza senza tempo.
