This room can be arranged with a double or two single beds. On the upper level there are terraces to the front and to the rear of the property. The rear terrace is outside the kitchen, and is ideal for a
lfresco breakfast. The front terrace overlooks the property; grounds, and swimming pool, and is perfect for enjoying afternoon and evening sunshine; or sitting outside at night. The lower floor contains two twin rooms; both with individual lockable entrances; both with en-suite shower rooms; and both with individual small terraces under cover of the bamboo pergola. These two rooms remain cool, even on the hottest days. The villa building totals approximately 150m2 and is set within grounds that contain a swimming pool exclusive to the villa; a large courtyard; mature gardens with oak and pine trees; orchard; barbecue area; and hard standing that can be used to securely park multiple cars behind a locked gate and off the street.
