Bees living in forty hives across the estate produce our wildflower honey, with a distinctive woodland note in every jar

Olives are handpicked from 200-year-old groves and pressed within four hours to produce an intensely flavoured extra virgin olive oil

Leghorn hens roam freely across protected pasture, foraging on grasses, seeds and insects to produce the eggs served each morning to our guests

The estate is home to over 15 hectares of vineyards producing Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
