There are many places to visit which make Padua such an interesting city from the historical and artistic point of view; particularly worthy of mention are the Scrovegni Chapel, the old university, the Palace of Justice, the Baptistry, the Botanical Garden, the public squares and many others besides. The area is well provided with public transport : bus no.3 stops 10 metres from the house and takes you directly to the railway station with connections to Treviso and Venice airports and provincial tourist centres such as Abano Terme and Montegrotto, the walled towns of Montagnana, Este, Monselice and Cittadella, the Brenta Canal with its Venetian villas, the splendid Euganean Hills with their lush vegetation, noble villas and little centres from the mediaeval and Renaissance periods. Cost: € 55,00 for 2 people for a day
