Dietro il Teatro B&B nasce dall’idea di due fratelli Ernesto e Fabrizio di trasformare un vecchio immobile di proprietà della trisavola, nella propria casa e nello stesso tempo in una accogliente struttura ricettiva. arallelamente alla volontà di vivere autenticamente il proprio territorio e di valorizzarne le bellezze artistico-culturali, offrendo un comodo appoggio a chi vuole conoscerlo più da vicino, contribuendo così allo sviluppo del turismo e dell’economia locale. Dopo un anno di attenta ristrutturazione dei locali, grazie alla passione e all’entusiasmo dei due giovani proprietari, supportati dal padre Girolamo, quell’idea si concretizza e prende forma. La residenza si trova su Piazza delle Stigmate a due passi dal Teatro Massimo, luogo silenzioso e reso ancor più piacevole dalla presenza di una piccola villa alberata e della sua fontana. Dai balconi principali dell’appartamento ci si affaccia sulla piazza e quel leggero suono di acqua zampillante da senso di quiete e serenità a chi si sofferma ad ascoltarla. L’atmosfera che si respira è familiare ma nello stesso tempo raffinata, tipica di una dimora storica resa moderna e confortevole. Il B&B dista 2 minuti a piedi dal Piazza Verdi dove sorge il Teatro Massimo e da via Maqueda pedonale, 5 minuti dal mercato del Capo, 10 minuti dai Quattro canti, 15 minuti dalla stazione centrale, dal porto e dalla Cattedrale.

Dietro il Teatro B&B is the idea of two brothers, Ernesto and Fabrizio. They decided to restore and transform an old property owned by their ancestor. It was an empty building for years and it passed from one generation to another. The two brother made it their own home and at the same time it is a welcoming accommodation. The idea goes hand in hand with their desire to live authentically in their home-territory and to enhance its artistic and cultural beauties, offering a comfortable accomodation to those who want to know it more closely. Dietro il teatro B&B is contributing to the development of tourism and to the local economy. After a year of careful restoration of the premises, thanks to the passion and enthusiasm of the two young owners supported by their father, Girolamo, their idea becomes Dietro il teatro B&B. The apartment is located on Piazza delle Stigmate, a stone’s throw from the Teatro Massimo, a quiet place made even more enjoyable by the presence of a small tree-lined villa and its fountain. This last one inspired the creation of the B&B logo. From the main balconies of the apartment you can see the square and hear a light sound of bubbling water giving a sense of calm and serenity to those who pass by. The atmosphere you breathe is familiar but at the same time refined, typical of a modern and comfortable dwelling. The property offers spacious, bright and welcoming rooms. The B&B is a 2-minute walk from Piazza Verdi where it stands the Teatro Massimo Opera House of Palermo and the pedestrian street via Maqueda, 5 minutes from the Capo Market, 10 minutes from the Quattro Canti Square, 15 minutes from the Central Station, the Port and the Cathedral.
