Baita 1697 - Luxury Italian ski lodge

Baita 1697, a luxury ski chalet in Italy 450 sq metre, 17th century restored Italian farmhouse converted into a ski lodge. Sleeps 12 + numerous little ones.

Located in an old village with immediate access to the heart of the Milky Way (the largest skiing area in Europe), the house is only 3 minutes' walk from 400km of piste. Restored sympathetically to blend the best of the traditional features of the farmhouse with every modern convenience you would expect of a top-end ski chalet. In fact, the house was featured recently in Architectural Digest. Available for rent for the 2013-2014 winter season.

Cable car out, ski back in, or return by cable car, depending on how strong the bombardino was!

Skiing with ease….a 3 min walk triangle between the baita, the ski rental place and the cable car. All right on the doorstep.
