„Marmelada“

Our Homemade Jams 🍓

The fruit brought to us by farmers from the valleys of South Tyrol is carefully transformed in our kitchen into homemade jams.

Together with the honey from our own bees🐝🍯, they are one of the little pleasures that accompany our breakfast.

🐝🍯 Once again this year, our bees have given us something truly special.

With their tireless work among the flowers of the Dolomites, they have created a honey with a unique taste, capturing the true essence of our mountains.

One of the highlights of our renovation is our very own in-house butcher’s shop. 🥩

Today we’re taking you behind the scenes as we prepare one of our homemade Leberkäse, crafted right here in our own butcher’s shop.

For us, it’s about overseeing every step of the process and serving our guests homemade products made with carefully selected ingredients and genuine passion.
