The first stage of w**e fermentation is underway. The bubbles coming up through the water tell us that the natural sugars and yeasts found in grapes are doing their thing.

And only 5 days after harvesting! Could this be an amazing vintage?

It was time for a really short back and sides for our ageing tree that stands between the well and Quartz. It had taken a very bad battering in the recent storms. To do a job this big, you have to call in a professional!
