Our guests this week enjoyed a phenomenal dinner prepared by . Together with his lovely wife Melissa, a fine dining experience was created for our guests based on their own personal dining preferences. We prepared the table setting, Simon and Melissa prepared and served the meal, and our guests were free to enjoy a top level restaurant standard meal without anyone needing to be the "designated driver". Is there anything better than simply enjoying your last glass of wine on the terrace before bed after a spectacular meal prepared by a professional chef? Thanks again to Simon and Melissa for their exceptional service to our guests!

Some wildflowers to brighten up your morning! The blue ones are chicory (yes, the edible stuff), the yellow ones are yellow daisy's, not dandelion though they look similar. The tall white are Queen Anne's Lace, or Wild Carrot...an early ancestor of the modern day carrot. And the small white are Field Bindw**d, beautiful but still a w**d. Sprinkled in between are wild oats and the tall reddish spikes are Sheep's Sorrel...the seeds of these are also edible and apparently have a lemony flavour.
