Chapter Three: Fontignano.
Just 15 minutes from Borgo dei Conti, Fontignano is a medieval village shaped by centuries of history.
Once a place of hospitality for travellers, it later became a fortified castle, whose walls and towers can still be seen today. It was also here that Pietro Perugino spent his final days in 1523.
