Casa Migliaca is a stone-walled building with the quality of these old constructions, here the scars of time, rather than spoiling its original beauty, have added to the old building only charm and dignity. Originally, the main building was an oil mill then, at the beginning of the ninety, the building was adapted to the latest use for hospitality.

Once the keeper of the estate's most precious treasure, today the Giara Room preserves the story of Sicily's ancient olive oil tradition.
Located on the north-west side of Casa Migliaca, this historic room was once used to store the freshly produced olive oil in large terracotta jars. Carefully restored, it retains every original detail—from the antique terracotta floor to its gentle slope leading to the centre of the room, where an impressive underground giara still remains. Now revealed beneath a walkable glass panel, it offers a glimpse into the ingenious craftsmanship once designed to preserve every precious drop of the new olive oil harvest.
