Η γέφυρα Μανάρη βρίσκεται κοντά στο χωριό Μανάρη στο Νομό Αρκαδίας και απέχει οδικά 13 χλμ. από την Τρίπολη.
Πρόκειται για τη σημαντικότερη και μεγαλύτερη σε οριζόντια καμπύλη λίθινη θολωτή σιδηροδρομική κοιλαδογέφυρα της Ελλάδας, η μελέτη της οποίας ξεκίνησε το 1890, επί εποχής Χαριλάου Τρικούπη και η κατασκευή ολοκληρώθηκε το 1896 από τη Γαλλική εταιρεία Societe Anonyme Internationale de Construction Et d Enterprises De Travaux Publics. Η γέφυρα λειτούργησε το 1898 στη γραμμή Μύλων - Καλαμάτας. Οι λίθοι που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν στην κατασκευή, προέρχονται από λατομεία της περιοχής και είναι καλής ποιότητας ασβεστόλιθοι, υψηλής αντοχής.
Η γέφυρα Μανάρη είναι ένα μοναδικό κομψοτέχνημα αρχιτεκτονικής σιδηροδρομικού έργου της εποχής του με οκτώ τοξωτά ανοίγματα σε οριζοντιογραφική καμπύλη συνολικού μήκους 116,00 μ.
