🇬🇧 Our Brut Metodo Classico was born from a challenge, but even before that, from a choice. We chose to believe in Trebbiano, a grape variety that was being replanted less and less each year, and to find a new way to express its character. Almost ten years ago, this project took shape from the desire to give new life to a grape that has long been part of the history of these hills, while remaining true to our roots.

🇮🇹 Il nostro Brut Metodo Classico nasce da una sfida, ma prima ancora da una scelta. Abbiamo deciso di credere nel Trebbiano, un vitigno che, anno dopo anno, veniva reimpiantato sempre meno, e di trovare un modo nuovo per raccontarlo. Così, quasi dieci anni fa, è nato questo progetto: dalla voglia di dare un futuro a un’uva che fa parte della storia di queste colline, senza mai perdere il legame con le nostre radici.

🇩🇪 Unser Brut Metodo Classico entstand aus einer Herausforderung – vor allem aber aus einer bewussten Entscheidung. Wir entschieden uns, an den Trebbiano zu glauben, eine Rebsorte, die Jahr für Jahr immer seltener neu angepflanzt wurde, und ihr eine neue Ausdrucksform zu geben. So entstand vor fast zehn Jahren dieses Projekt: aus dem Wunsch, einer Rebsorte, die seit jeher zur Geschichte dieser Hügel gehört, eine Zukunft zu schenken, ohne dabei die Verbindung zu unseren Wurzeln zu verlieren.
