As our virtual road trip through Argentario rolls on, we couldn’t help but include Porto Ercole: the most charming town just minutes away from Hotel Il Pellicano! A harbour of pastel houses and hidden trattorias, it’s the perfect spot for a seaside stroll, a refreshing aperitivo, or watching the sky fade into hues of pink and gold.
And of course, we wouldn’t be doing our job if we didn’t share a Pelli-approved stop for aperitivo or breakfast: .portoercole! The wonderful owners, Ali and Stefan, which many of you will remember from their days on our Pelli Dream team, now pour their magic into Medusa, serving incredible cocktails, delicious dishes, and an atmosphere you won’t want to miss in Porto Ercole!

Fun fact: the great Caravaggio’s tomb is right here in Porto Ercole.
