Hand-carved from wood, croxetti stamps tell ancient stories of Ligurian families and traditions.
Once used on important family occasions, they left their mark on the pasta as a symbol of belonging and shared memories.
Today, Alessandra Picetti continues the craft rediscovered by her father, Pietro, in her workshop in Varese Ligure.
Through objects like these, Locanda chooses to preserve and share Ligurian traditions, keeping them alive in the present.
