Il nostro bed&breakfast si trova a Preganziol, (+45° 36' 19.80'' +12° 13' 50.32'' ; 45.605500 12.230645) paese a solo 15 minuti di treno da Venezia, all'interno in un quartiere residenziale immerso a sua volta nella campagna Veneta, ma comodo per quanto riguarda i mezzi di trasporto. Infatti le stazioni del treno e dell'autobus si trovano a circa 400 m dall'abitazione. Preganziol ha una posizione
strategica perché si trova a circa metà strada tra Treviso e Venezia. A sua volta dista 30 Km da Castelfranco e 40 Km da Conegliano ed Asolo, circa 50 Km da Vittorio Veneto. Preganziol è una cittadina (17.000 abitanti) ricca di percorsi ciclabili che permettono di visitare in completa sicurezza le campagne circostanti. Non vogliano dimenticare la immensa varietà gastronomica che mette in tavola la nostra zona. Prodotti tipici come il radicchio trevigiano (Preganziol si trova ad uno dei cardini del triangolo d’oro di questo frutto della terra che è stato definito “il fiore che si mangia”) e il non meno nobile asparago. Siamo sempre pronti a suggerire nuovi itinerari ai nostri clienti. Infatti la nostra zona, chiamata “la Marca gioiosa” è ricca di infiniti luoghi da visitare. Per fare alcuni esempi: Le mostre dei Ca’ dei Carraresi, la stupenda Asolo e Cortina, le ville Venete lungo il fiume Brenta, Golf club Villa Condulmer ed in estate la famosissima spiaggia di Jesolo con i suoi storici locali notturni. In fact the train stations and bus stops are about 400 m away. Preganziol has a strategic location because it is located about halfway between Venice and Treviso. This in turn is 30 km and 40 km from Castelfranco to Asolo and Conegliano, about 50 km from Vittorio Veneto. Preganziol is a small town (17,000 inhabitants) which is full of bike paths that allow you to safely visit the surrounding countryside. Typical products like radicchio (Preganziol is one of the cornerstones of the golden triangle of this fruit of the earth that has been called "the flower that you eat") and the no less noble asparagus. For our area, called "Make the joyous" is full of endless places to visit. To give some examples: The exhibitions of the Ca 'the Carrara, and the wonderful Asolo Cortina, the Venetian Villas along the Brenta River Golf Club Villa Condulmer and summer the famous beach of Jesolo with its historic nightclubs.
