✨ Today we are delighted to welcome a new group of wonderful people to our 4 Day Surya Mini Retreat. 💓

We are really looking forward to spending these days together, filled with yoga, self-care, good food, island vibes connection and fresh inspiration! 🏝️☀️🧘‍♀️

Our last retreat at the end of July, the Surya Full Summer Yoga Retreat, was a week spent with a wonderful group of women who arrived as strangers and left as friends! 🌺💞 We’d like to thank all the participants for this lovely week together – here are a few snapshots to share with you. 🙏

✨ We close our retreats with a Ritual Cacao Ceremony - a beautiful, heart-centred moment of connection, reflection and letting go. 💞

Cacao has been used in ceremonial traditions for centuries. The cacao plant has a long cultural history, particularly among Indigenous peoples of Central and South America. Traditionally, cacao rituals have been connected with community, prayer, celebration and ceremony.

With the ceremonial cacao of HERBAL CACAO • Ceremonial Cacao & Herbal Blends we create a gentle and mindful cacao experience. We begin by slowing down and connecting with the cacao, followed by a heart-opening meditation, personal reflection and writing down our thoughts and feelings, pausing and listening within. 🙌

At the fire ceremony we find a symbolic moment of release: 🔥 letting go of what no longer serves us, acknowledging what we have learned, and making space for what comes next.

There is something deeply powerful about sitting together beneath the Sardinian sky, surrounded by nature, sharing silence, stories and warmth.

These cacao ceremonies are not only part of our retreats, we also integrate them on special occasions, whenever there is a reason worth celebrating, reflecting on or simply gathering together.
And a little more space to feel what is truly important. 🤎🔥

- großes Haus mit Garten und eigenem Parkplatz
- grüne Ruhelage mit Meerblick
- große Yoga und Sonnen-Dachterasse mit Holzpergola
- das Apartment im Haus hat circa 50 qm, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer, Klimaanlage und Fernseher
- große Wohnküche zur gemeinsamen Benutzung, wenn wir auch vor Ort sind, ansonsten alleinige Benutzung
- keine Haustiere (Katze/n vor Ort)
- wir befinden uns in Salmagi, zwischen Cagliari und Villasimius

We are subletting a part of our house during winter months, from the beginning of November to the end of March, for a minimum of 3 months (preferably 5 months).
Key details:
- large house with garden and private parking
- peaceful, green setting with sea view
- large yoga and sun terrace on the roof with a wooden pergola
- the flat in the house is approximately 50 square metres, with two bedrooms, an private bathroom, air conditioning and a TV
- large kitchen for shared use when we’re also on site, otherwise for your exclusive use
- No pets (cat(s) on site)
- We are located in Salmagi, between Cagliari and Villasimius
- Own car essential as it is a quiet, secluded location with no infrastucture within walking distance
- Supermarkets, restaurants, etc. are about 10–15 minutes away by car
Ideal for:
• Individualists and people who enjoy peace and quiet and being surrounded by nature
• Remote working
• A timeout or a trial stay in Sardinia
Minimum 3 months; monthly rent €450 for one person / €500 for two people per month

☀️ As summer arrived in Sardinia, we had the joy of welcoming two beautiful retreat groups led by Regina Harrar from Munich and Nancy Krüger from Vienna.

Every morning began on our rooftop, moving through a yoga session as the sun rose above the Mediterranean. The endless sea view, the gentle breeze and the peaceful silence created the perfect space to reconnect with body, mind and breath. 🏝️

The days unfolded slowly with fresh, homemade vegetarian and vegan meals inspired by the Blue Zone lifestyle, long conversations around the table, laughter, meaningful connections and the sweetness of la dolce vita. 🪷

Between yoga sessions, our guests explored Sardinia’s breathtaking beaches with their crystal-clear turquoise waters, discovered hidden coves, rested in nature and simply enjoyed being present.

A retreat is so much more than a yoga holiday. It’s about community, slowing down, nourishing yourself, finding inspiration and creating memories that stay with you long after you return home.
