We are deeply honoured to receive our first MICHELIN KEY 🗝️, an important recognition of our very personal vision of hospitality.

For us, this journey is guided by a family story and our love for the land, conservation, and quiet luxury. But this milestone also belongs to the terroir that inspires us every day.

Roncolo is a unique sanctuary tucked away in Emilia, a beautiful, unexplored part of Italy hidden in plain sight. Here, where the hills roll gently and time slows down, we celebrate a rarer side of our country, defined by authenticity, space, and a true connection to nature.
