Our mansion is situated inside the mediterrane maquis, on a hill jast 2 km away from the seaside, is provided with an outdoor swimming-pool and two verandas is provided with an outdoor swimming-pool and two verandas: one is covered and has an outdoor kitchen, the other one i always sunny whit a wood oven and a baebeque; both verandas have a breathtaking view oven 25 km of iblean coast. the house i

s divided into two levels with tree housing in total; the first one (we coll it the "main one") with two bedrooms, kitchen and a small living room, the other two (we call them lemon house and mediar house) with a bedrooms and a bathroom. The swimming pool (5x12) with whirlpool is perfect for a relaxing experience. As we said, we are only 2 km away from Marina di Ragusa, a beautiful seaside town that has been rewarded for the fourth time in a row with blue flag (it's an european acknowledgement for seaside resorts who fulfill the european quality terms), and only 20 mk away from ibla, an astonishing baroque city (location of the italian tv series "montalbano"), and 15 km away from the new Comiso airport.

Let your children swim in the pool or run around the house until they are tired and hungry…. ENJOY LIFE!! If you want to experience the good life, then go to Sicily….and book the Villa of Riccardo! We had a wonderful two weeks holiday. Riccardo is a great host. We needed his help big time due to some problems with our rental car , but nothing was too much to ask! " You arrive as a guest and you leave as a friend" The comfort of the house is basic, but complete. Don’t forget it’s ‘outdoor’ living in Sicily! Washing machine is available, so don’t bring too much clothes or towels. (Off course we did ) From the house it is easy to go to the nearby village Ragusa di Marina or supermarket, but definitely you need a car to get around. Anyhow, don’t tell everyone, but the place is OWESOME!!

The family of Philip (Poland) stayed by Riccardo (max relaxing villa with pool) from 09/29/2013 to 10/06/2013 and they said:............was a great host, the house was even better looking then on the pictures posted. Overall it's an absolute YES for the host and I sincerely recommend this place for anyone (especially big families or a group of friends)!
