It features a private heated pool for exclusive use, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, a comfortable gazebo, and a 200m2 terrace overlooking the golf course. A BBQ and ping pong table are also available, accommodating up to 8 guests. Consisting of four bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a private bathroom, and a double living room, one with a professional billiards table, the villa is perfect for groups of friends or families. The villa is strategically located, a 6-7 minute walk from the town center, the beach (no car necessary), and the train station, and 15 minutes from Camogli. Genoa Airport is a 40-minute drive away.
