At 50m groceries with daily fresh bread - bus stop - wine shop - two Italian restaurants with terrace on the lake - two Italian coffee bars ( breakfast/lunch/happy hour) - ice cream sales - wine shop- hairdresser - podiatrist. At 20m reception , rental mountain bikes , electric mountain bikes , E bikes , motor boats , portable WiFi , fishing rods , fish chairs , paddle surf boards
Well marked hiking- and biking routes. Menaggio at 3 km ( outdoor pool - mini golf - golf court - Ferry - shopping area )
