IR is located in the historic center of Rimini, just a few minutes from the university campus.

Siamo pronti ad affrontare la seconda fase dell’emergenza, con tutta l’attenzione e la disponibilità ad osservare regole e comportamenti utili a tutelare i nostri ospiti per garantirne la massima sicurezza.
Il progetto che si attua al Residence “Santa Chiara” scommette sui giovani come portatori di risorse e di potenzialità, come protagonisti attivi della propria formazione e della costruzione della propria vita. Tale protagonismo è strettamente connesso con il grande valore attribuito al principio della responsabilità, cercando di sostenere i giovani nell’attenzione, nella comprensione della realtà, nell’assunzione di impegni precisi, anche in relazione alle regole che è necessario condividere.
Questo “patto” si fonda su principi quali il rispetto, la fiducia e la responsabilità. Per questi motivi riteniamo molto più efficace investire sui rapporti e sulle ragioni per le quali conviene comportarsi secondo regole condivise atte a garantire la salute e la sicurezza, piuttosto che esasperare gli studenti con misure restrittive di difficile applicabilità e controllo.
In quest’ottica abbiamo fatto pervenire a tutti i nostri ospiti il documento “Gestione dell’emergenza causata dal COVID-19 – Vademecum per Residenze Universitarie” contenente le regole e i comportamenti che con l’inizio della “Fase 2” ognuno dovrebbe essere tenuto a conoscere e applicare.

"Erasmus House Igino Righetti" offers accommodation services in the historical center of Rimini. We offer single and bright rooms, spread over three floors divided in such a way as to be occupied only by men or women. Each room is equipped with washbasin, wardrobe, writing table, bedside table and a standard bed. Furthermore, the rent includes free Wi-Fi, a common kitchen with refrigerator and cooking equipment, laundry services and a large study room with a television, which is also suitable for meeting friends.

One of the main strengths of the Erasmus House Igino Righetti is its location in the city center. The main city center spots, and the University buildings, are within walking distance so that you can save time and money. The City Hall and the square downtown, the picturesque “Borgo San Giuliano”, the main restaurants and coffees can be reached in a few minutes by walking. All the University premises can be reached by walking no more than 10 minutes. "Erasmus House Igino Righetti" is also located very close to the main city park, which will be particularly appreciated by those who like walking, jogging, training or doing yoga outdoors. Finally, the train station is at about 15 minutes walking. Our goal is granting our guests the best possible Erasmus experience. To this end, we also organize meetings and dinners so that you may have the possibility to meet and know your room neighbors and make new friends from all over the world.
