big and spacious flat for 8 persons on the first floor of an early 20th century building. Very bright (10 windows) and situated in a good position in one of the most beautiful avenues in Rimini, with cycle sidewalk, that directly takes to the sea. Also near the Old Town Centre, the Conference Center and the Train Station. Parking car in the street is easy and bikes can be safely parked in private inner courtyard for exclusive use. Air conditioning in every room. Pets admitted. No Wi-Fi.

The 110sqm apartment is on the first floor and consists of a Kitchen with table for 8, a Bathroom with sink, toilet with hand shower (no bidet) and shower, a Triple Family Room with 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed, a Triple Room with 3 Single Beds, a Double Room with 1 Double Bed, a Living Room in the attic (connected to the triple room with a spiral staircase). It is equipped with Air Conditioning in all rooms, Independent Heating, Refrigerator, Oven, Cooking Hob, Toaster, Crockery, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Vacuum Cleaner, Hair Dryer, 46-inch TV, Radio, Iron with Ironing Board, Clothes Dryer in the apartment and in the inner courtyard that can also be used as bicycle parking. Bed and bath linens (pillowcases, sheets, towels and body towels) clean but not ironed, are provided free of charge upon request.
