SailorsRest got the certification of regional tourist facility and it comply with current legislation. Due to its nature the property does not offer possibility of overlooking or the sea view. In fact, just outside, a few steps away, it is reserved to our guests a private garden with stunning views on the old village and Cinque Terre sea. The garden is equipped with relaxation facilities, where to enjoy the sun, beautiful sunsets and starry skies. From this garden, a stairway leads directly to the harbor and the ferry boarding. By Train:
Trains from Milan/Genova or from Livorno/Pisa stop at the La Spezia Centrale Train station. There, you will find regional trains which take you to Riomaggiore in 8 minutes. From La Spezia exit following the signs to La Spezia, Cinque Terre, Riomaggiore. Cross the city along the harbour, take the road on the left direction Portovenere, Riomaggiore. After about 5 Km, at a junction with a traffic light, follow the signs only to Riomaggiore. After a tunnel the road becomes very panoramic. This road continues to all other towns of Cinque Terre, but at the first junction you have to drive down towards Riomaggiore. The car park is not free and it is not easy to find a place. 300 metres before the town there is a free car park, but also here it is not easy to park. Nearby the junction to La Spezia and Manarola, at about 2 Km from the town there is a free car park where you can find easily place. From here you can take the green bus of the park linking the car park with the town. When you are in La Spezia call us or send us an SMS +39.333.776.8920 and that our staff will help you with your luggage and will show you the way.
** If you think to arrive before or after the normal check-in time (from 02.00PM to 07.00PM) please notify to us, otherwise it could be that you can not find anyone to your arrival. We recommend that you communicate well in advance the time of arrival at the facility, especially if it falls outside of normal reception hours. If you are unable to respect the schedule please call our phone number to make special arrangements. Remember that there is not a reception service available at all hours of the day so please let us know the time and place of arrival at least 24 hours before. Arriving to the facility without having notified may cause situation that can not be a reason for complaints or claims for repayments. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation and only after confirmation, the staff will provide the instructions to access the room. You can notify this information by sending us an email or calling us. Thanks in advance for your cooperation. Check-in after hours is in no way guaranteed and the Management reserves the right to apply a fee of € 75.00 where deemed necessary.
