SevenGuestRooms was born in 2019 from the will of two working partners but also as a couple in life.

Day by day we take care of our Clients trying to make them always feel at home but, at the same time, making them live the Italian hospitality made of chatter, advice and tips, hardly found in the usual accommodation facilities. SevenGuestRooms is a small Guesthouse in the heart of Rome. It offers 8 rooms with private bathroom. All our rooms are distinguished by comfort and design. We have furnished each room individually and tastefully so as to have its own identity. Our rooms are equipped with all comforts such as coffee and tea machine, mini bar, LCd TV, safe, air conditioning, free WI-FI. Come and visit us, we will make you feel at home giving you support in giving you all the tips you need for monuments and restaurants. Neighborhood information
SevenGuestRooms is located in the heart of Rome in Via Nazionale 249. Our location is really strategic because we are just 10 minutes walk from Termini station (essential when you have an early train or a late arrival and you are perfectly autonomous without having to use a taxi , bus or wait for the metro). At the same time, however, we are on Via Nazionale, the sumptuous and prestigious ‘Via di Roma’ that connects Piazza della Repubblica and its Fountain of the Naiads with Piazza Venezia. All major monuments such as the Colosseum, Trajan's Forum, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are less than 10 minutes away on foot, making the use of public transport unnecessary.

You may meet our Mascotte at Seven , he sometimes sleeps outside room 407 , but for most of the day he is busy going around the city. He left a note for our Guests , please read it , he left it in his nest:
“Hello ! Nice to meet you my name is Sevengull 🐦 . I have lived all my life in Rome and I now consider it my home.
As you can see , me and my friends populate all the city, but don’t be afraid, it would be a pity!
Yes we are huge and sometimes a little bit scary but give us food and you will put us in good mood!
We have moved from the sea coast and this place is the one we like the most .
Nobody has a better view of Rome than us! We fly over every bus !
It will be a pleasure to share with you…
