La casa è un delizioso appartamento posto al 5 piano, la sua esposizione a Sud lo rende luminosissimo durante tutto l’arco della giornata. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata ed è composta da un ampio salone con angolo cottura, completamente accessoriato, due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e ampia cabina armadio, l’altra con due letti singoli scorrevoli, nel salone un pratico divano
può diventare un comodo letto matrimoniale. Il bagno, grande e spazioso, ha un lavandino doppio e soprattutto una stupenda vasca idromassaggio angolare, ideale per rilassarvi dopo una giornata in giro per la città. L’appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica, che lo rende un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Roma. Si trova, infatti, a 300 metri dalla seconda stazione ferroviaria della capitale, la Stazione Tiburtina, e in uno dei quartieri più dinamici e storici della città. Il quartiere è ricco di negozi, bar, ristoranti, locali, mercati rionali di frutta e verdura. La Stazione Roma Tiburtina oltre ad essere è una delle prime stazioni per l’Alta Velocità, è anche un nodo cruciale per la mobilità cittadina. Alla Stazione arrivano e partono i trenini da e per l’aeroporto di Fiumicino, il treno FL1 (Fiumicino Aeroporto – Fara Sabina – Orte). La fermata della linea B della metropolitana collega in pochi minuti al centro storico di Roma: solo 6 fermate dal Colosseo, cuore storico di Roma e 7 dal Circo Massimo. Nel piazzale adiacente vi sono poi i capolinea e le fermate di molti autobus metropolitani, che vi permettono di raggiungere qualsiasi zona della città, oltre alla Stazione dei Pullman extra-urbani che collegano Roma con il resto d’Italia e d’Europa. ローマ・フィウミチーノ空港から電車一本(所要時間約45分)でお越しになれます。オルテ(Orte)もしくはファラサビーナ(Fara Sabina)方面の電車に乗り、ティブルティーナ(Tiburtina)駅で下車、徒歩3分(350メートル)です。
到着時間によっては、駅までお迎えに伺います。前もってご相談ください。また、ティブルティーナ駅はイタリア国鉄や私鉄Italoのハブ駅となっており、ミラノやフィレンツェ、ナポリなどに簡単に起こしになれます。さらに、ティブルティーナには、地下鉄B線やバスの停留所があり、手軽にローマ市内にお越しになれます。例えばコロッセオまでは6駅、チルコ・マッシモまでは7駅です。
このアパートの周辺にはおいしいレストランやバー、喫茶店、居酒屋が多く、スーパーマーケットや青空市場も徒歩5分圏内にあり、必要なものがほとんど入手できる大変便利な立地条件です。

The apartment is a cozy and very bright flat, located in a strategic position, which makes it an excellent starting point for visiting Rome. It has a spacious and modern living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size double bed and a wide walk in wardrobe, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is large and comfortable, with a double sink and a gorgeous whirlpool bath, perfect for relaxing after a day around the city. In the apartment, you will find all you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessaries amenities, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc, bedrooms with bed linens and towels for the bathroom. For any further request, please do not hesitate to contact us. The apartment is only 300 meters from the second city railway station, Tiburtina Railway Station. It is the main station in Rome for the high-speed trains for a fast connection with the major cities in Italy, and an important hub for urban mobility. At the Station, you can get direct trains from/to Fiumicino Airport (FL1 - Fiumicino Aeroporto – Fara Sabina – Orte). The Subway B Line connects you in few minutes to the historical Centre of Rome, 6 stops to Colosseum, 7 stops to Circo Massimo. In the adjacent square, there are many buses running H24 that will take you all over the city, furthermore the coach station of the extra-urban buses connects Roma Tiburtina with many cities of Italy and Europe. The apartment is in one of the most dynamic and historic neighborhoods of Rome, full of shops, bars, restaurants, café, local typical markets of fruits and vegetables, etc. Within a short walk, you will also find a laundrette, post office, garage, parks, takeaways, traditional Italian restaurants, bars and much more. Il est exposé plein sud, au 5ème étage avec ascenseur. Il est constitué d'un grand salon avec un canapé convertible très confortable, une cuisine ouverte moderne et toute équipée (four, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, frigo, etc), d'une chambre avec un lit double et une grande armoire, d'une deuxième chambre avec deux lits simples, d’une grande salle de bain avec un superbe whirlpool bath, idéal pour se relaxer le soir après la visite de la ville. Il est équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir comme à la maison ! L'appartement est idéalement situé dans l'un des quartiers les plus dynamiques et historiques de Rome, à 300 mètres de la deuxième gare de la ville, la Stazione Tiburtina. Vous pourrez y arriver directement avec le train FL1 depuis l’aéroport de Rome-Fiumicino (Fiumicino Aeroporto – Fara Sabina – Orte) départ toutes les 15 minutes. Depuis l’appartement vous disposerez également de la ligne B du métro pour vous rendre en quelques minutes au centre historique de Rome. A seulement 6 arrêts du Colisée, cœur historique de Rome et 7 arrêts du Circo Massimo. Sur la place adjacente à la gare de Tiburtina, vous trouverez également les départs et terminus de nombreuses lignes de bus urbains vous permettant d'atteindre toutes les destinations de la ville. Le quartier regorge de boutiques, bars, restaurants traditionnels, marchés locaux de fruits et légumes, parcs.
