Located in the central and charming Appio neighbourhood, this apartment is situated within a 1930s building in an area rich with shops, restaurants, and amenities.

Perfectly connected to the historic centre, it's just a 5-minute walk from the Furio Camillo metro station (5 minutes from your doorstep to the platform!) and a 10-minute walk from the Tuscolana Station, which offers a direct connection to Fiumicino Airport.

Designed as a safe place and escape route in 1929, it was used as an air raid shelter during the bombings in World War II. Hence, the name "The Shelter."

The apartment has a double bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, and an outdoor veranda. The recent and carefully executed renovation showcases a fusion of contemporary and technological design with hints of the 20th century.

Situated on the ground floor, it has access from the -1 level of the building through an urban garden. This space is designed for enjoyment and allows you to relax in the pleasant climate of Rome.

We provide complimentary amenities such as free Wi-Fi, smart TV, linens, hairdryers, bath soaps, and shampoo. The kitchen is well-equipped: if you wish to prepare your meals, you'll have the convenience of an induction stove, oven, and refrigerator, along with a comprehensive set of dishes and accessories. Throughout your stay, we are available to assist with any requests via WhatsApp, and we speak Italian, English, and Russian.

Situato nel centrale e caratteristico quartiere Appio, l’ appartamento si trova all’interno di un palazzo degli anni ‘30, in una zona ricca di negozi, ristoranti e servizi

Ottimamente collegato con il centro storico, dista 5 min. a piedi dalla fermata metro Furio Camillo (5 min. dalla porta di casa al binario!) e con l’ aeroporto di Fiumicino tramite la Stazione Tuscolana a 10 minuti a piedi. L’ appartamento e’ composto da una camera doppia, soggiorno - cucina e veranda all’aperto.

Progettato come luogo sicuro e via di fuga nel 1929 è stato usato come rifuggio antiaereo durante i bombardamenti nella seconda guerra mondiale. Da qui il nome il nome The Shelter.

La recentissima e curata ristrutturazione offre un design fusion, contemporaneo e tecnologico con dettagli del ‘900.
Posto al piano terra ha accesso dal piano -1 del palazzo tramite un giardino urbano. Questo spazio è attrezzato per essere godibile e permette di stare all’aperto nel piacevole clima di Roma.

In dotazione forniamo Wi-Fi gratuito, Smart TV, biancheria, asciugacapelli, saponi da bagno, shampoo. La cucina è ben attrezzata: nel caso vogliate preparare da mangiare potrete disporre di un comodo piano a induzione, forno e frigorifero, più un amplia dotazione di stoviglie e accessori. Durante il soggiorno siamo disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta su WhatsApp, parliamo Italiano, Inglese e Russo.
