"This was my 4th time in Rome and decided to change hotel and stay in hotel piazza this time. Best decision ever!! The hotel is literally in the center of everything . The Spanish steps are on your doorstep and you can't get any better than that. Lastly, the staff are the kindest and most lovely people there. They were always happy to help, gave us recommendations and were friendly. The hotel has a lift which is very important if you are walking all day. Thank you to all the staff and to Alessandro :) we will definitely be back soon."
