Our small ,cosy and newly renovated apartment is located in the distric of Testaccio. Right there you can also rent a bike to visit Rome on two wheels

Situated along the Tevere river’s banks, Testaccio is one of the most typical roman district full of local restaurants and shops with all the Roman food excellences. The flat is located at the second floor of one of the typical building of Testaccio, at a walking distance from the most visited tourist attraction (Vatican, Colosseo, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi etc). The house is also well co

nnected to these places through several bus lines and Metro-Line B- Piramide Station. Our charming little two-room apartment has been newly furnished to make your stay in our home comfortable and pleasant. You can cook in our fully furnished kitchen and sleep in a comfortable mattress laid on a home-made pallet bed. The flat is is 38 square meter large but two big windows, high ceiling and white stucco ensure that the rooms are well lit and offer a sense of grandeur. Our flat is equipped with every comfort:
- free Wifi 24/24, wireless and wired.
- kitchen with oven, refrigerator and microwave.
- dishes, pots, toaster and coffee maker.
- Wifi stereo (Spotify included) and Wifi Smart television with DLNA (so you can see you holiday pics!) and satellite receiver

We will provide you all the information about art exhibitions and cultural events during your stay in Rome (check our “EVENTS AND EXHIBITIONS in Rome” book in the house!)
A map of the city and books about the history and places to visit of Testaccio are available for our guests. Below our place, there is the beautiful newly renovated Testaccio Market where you can shop fresh food and taste typical roman food, moreover the neighborhood offers several pizzerias, typical roman restaurants and a number of lovely cafes and trendy wine bar. Just around the corner there is a former slaughterhouse (Mattatoio) built at the end of 1800, now transformed in a cultural centre, where you can visit art exhibitions at the Macro museum, shop at the organic market and listen to good music during a concert.
