Nel verde di una prestigiosa villa con giardino, vicinissimo al Laghetto dell'Eur ed al Palazzo del Palalottomatica (Piazza Nervi, Capolinea di molti autobus che portano in centro città), a soli 5 minuti dalla Metro B che porta in Centro Storico: (Colosseo Foro Romano Circo Massimo Trastevere Stazione Termini ecc.) AFFITTASI solo a persone referenziate MONOLOCALE assolutamente indipendente, finemente ristrutturato, climatizzato, corredato con: Letto francese (140x200), che può ospitare anche 2 persone, armadio, scrivania, cassettiera, bagno in marmo con box doccia in cristallo, mini cucina a scomparsa con lavandino, scolapiatti, piastre elettriche, cappa, frigorifero, forno a microonde, tostapane, lavatrice, stoviglie, posate piatti, bicchieri, tazzine e biancheria.
C'è anche un piccolo balcone con 1 tavolinetto di pietra e 2 sedie in ferro battuto per soggiornare all'esterno nel verde.
Il monolocale è dotato di TV al plasma e connessione Internet WIFI 24 ore, è fornito veramente di tutto, non dovrete portare assolutamente nulla, se non i vostri effetti personali.
Il giardino è una bella zona nella quale gli amanti della natura possono godere del verde e soggiornare in serenità, piacere e molto relax.
Io vivo nella casa accanto, quindi sarò disponibile per ogni necessità dei miei ospiti.
Come Benvenuto offrirò ai miei ospiti un bicchiere di vino ed una dotazione alimentare base per 2 giorni: frutta fresca, caffè, tè, latte, succhi di frutta, biscotti e dolci per la colazione, olio d'oliva, aglio, pomodoro e pasta, per gustare una buona colazione prima di uscire a visitare la "città eterna", o mangiare un gustoso piatto di spaghetti al pomodoro e basilico al rientro a casa, soggiornando nel grazioso balconcino immerso nel verde.
