La posizione/The location
The location is central and strategic, at an equidistant walk from all the most attractive places of the city': 15 mins Colosseum and Roman Forum, 15 mins to San Lorenzo, 20 mins Pigneto, 10 mins Monti. The metro A is a few meters from the front door of the building and Termini Station is just at 10 mins walk. The house is equipped with a large library with books on art
, music and theater and is admitted to consult them. Is available for the guests also a tripod for painting, and a videorecorder. La posizione e' centrale e strategica, praticamente equidistante a piedi da tutte le zone piu' interessanti della citta': 15 mins colosseo e Fori imperiali, 15 mins san lorenzo, 20 mins Pigneto, 10 mins Monti. Inoltre la metro A e' a pochi metri dal portone di casa e la stazione Termini a 10 mins di cammino. La casa e' fornita di una grande libreria con libri di arte, musica e teatro consultabili ammesso che se ne disponga con rispetto e attenzione e a disposizione degli ospiti c' e' anche un cavalletto per dipingere e un videoregistratore.

The Esquilino is a multi-ethnic and bohemian neighborhood very convenient for the' location, wonderfully served by public transport and where at the same time it moves easily on foot and by bicycle.. L'Esquilino è un quartiere multietnico e bohemien molto comodo per l' ubicazione, servito meravigliosamente dai mezzi pubblici e dove allo stesso tempo ci si muove facilmente a piedi e in bicicletta
A very interesting area made by the different atmospheres of the district: the oriental influences and more 'popular Piazza Vittorio, to bourgeois charm of the district close to Via Merulana, the charming and refined center of Monti with its workshops and its pub, the student zone of San Lorenzo where listen to concerts and eat cheaply, to the most alternative Pigneto. Un dato molto interessante della zona e' la varieta' di atmosfere del circondario: dalle suggestioni orientali e piu' popolari di piazza vittorio si passa all' incanto borghese del quartiere a ridosso di via Merulana, all'incantevole e raffinato centro di Monti con le sue botteghe artigiane e i suoi localini, al quartiere studentesco di san lorenzo dove ascoltare concerti e mangiare a poco prezzo, fino al quartiere piu' alla moda del Pigneto. Il tutto e' raggiungibile con una passeggiata!
