Informiamo I nostri clienti prenotati tramite Booking.com, che la piattaforma di Booking ha subito un ennesimo hackeraggio che ha esposto i dati di tutti i clienti registrati. Nei giorni scorsi sono state inviate finte email ai nostri clienti prenotati con richiesta di invio tramite wazzap di dati sensibili come la carta di credito. Ribadiamo che noi come azienda non siamo assolutamente responsabile di questi messaggi, che mai contatteremmo I nostri clienti per avere dati personali sensibili, né via mail, né tramite alcun altro mezzo telematico e non. Le vostre prenotazioni sono protette e garantite e non è necessario alcun altro passaggio da parte vostra. Queste richieste sono ovviamente tentativi di frode. Ignoratele e soprattutto non clickate mai su nessun link o allegato sospetto.

In recent days, fake emails have been sent to our customers requesting sensitive information, such as credit card details, via WhatsApp. We reiterate that we, as a company, are in no way responsible for these messages and would never contact our customers to request sensitive personal information, either via email or any other means. Your reservations are protected and guaranteed, and no further action is necessary on your part. These requests are obviously fraudulent attempts. Please ignore them and, above all, never click on any suspicious links or attachments.
