Completamente ristrutturato e di nuova gestione, con parquet in tutta la struttura e sistema di riscaldamento a pavimento. Le ampie stanze sono arredate con cura per ogni particolare, ognuna con bagno privato al l
oro interno, con aria condizionata caldo/freddo, televisore a parete schermo piatto e wifi ad alta velocità. L’appartamento è composto da tre stanze: una doppia con possibilità di aggiunta di un letto, una tripla con balcone privato che la rende adatta a fumatori ed una quadrupla di 25mq con letto matrimoniale, un singolo e un comodo divano al suo interno (il quarto letto viene aggiunto quando si ha effettiva richiesta per 4 ospiti). La mattina verrà servita una ricca e variegata colazione a base di fette biscottate, pane tostato, marmellate, miele, latte , yougurt, cereali di diversi tipi per ogni gusto, frutta di stagione, tè, tisane, caffè , cappuccino e cornetti. Previo avviso alla prenotazione, offriamo la possibilità di colazioni per ciliaci. La colazione verrà consumata nell'intimità e comodità delle proprie stanze, ognuna fornita di un tavolo elegantemente apparecchiato e adatto al numero di occupanti, per rendere più confortevole la colazioni. Alcune stanze hanno un balcone per chi volesse fumare dopo il caffè o consumare la colazione direttamente all'aperto. Potrete anche usufruire di un nostro servizio di trasferimento dagli aeroporti di Fiumicino/Ciampino e dalle stazioni ferroviarie Termini/Tiburtina ad un costo inferiore delle normali tariffe, previo accordo con l’host al momento della prenotazione. I nostri punti di forza sono i servizi che offriamo per accompagnare ed accogliere i nostri ospiti dal loro arrivo fino alla loro partenza, rendendo il loro soggiorno il più “spensierato“ possibile. The spacious rooms are furnished with attention to every detail, each having a private bathroom inside them, with air conditioning / heating, flat screen TV on the wall and high speed wifi. The apartment consists of three rooms: a double with the possibility of adding a double, a triple with private balcony which makes it suitable for smoking and one quadruple of 25sqm with a double bed, a single and a comfortable sofa in it (the fourth bed is added when you have actual demand for 4 guests). The morning will be served a rich and varied breakfast of biscuits, toast, jam, honey, milk, yogurt, cereals of various types for every taste, seasonal fruit, tea, herbal teas, coffee, cappuccino and croissants. Prior notice to the reservation, we offer the possibility of breakfast for celiac. The breakfast will eat in the quiet of each room, inside our guests will find a table adapt for the number of prople, make it more comfortable for your breakfast and two rooms have a balcony for those who want to smoke after coffe or who want can eat directly outside in the table on the balcony.
