🛬New rules have been introduced for travellers entering Italy from Europe. As of today, the Green Pass alone is sufficient for travel between the Member States on List C, and a Covid-19 test is no longer compulsory. The Covid free tourist corridors have also been extended to six new destinations ➡️ Cuba, Singapore, Turkey, Phuket, Oman and French Polynesia. For ACI and International Air Transport Association (IATA), as shown by new independent research conducted by Oxera and Edge Health, travel restrictions in the EU have had little or no impact on the spread of Omicron and they therefore urge governments to “lift all travel restrictions for fully vaccinated people or those who have recovered from Covid-19 who possess a valid Covid-19 certificate”.

!!!GOOD NEWS FOR US!!!
From Monday, 26th April, our region will turn "yellow", under Italy's system of covid-19 restrictions.
Lazio's move to the lower risk "yellow zone", set to be confirmed later today by the Italian health minister, means that many businesses are going to be open again starting from Monday!

Moving to the "yellow zone" means that restaurants, bars and all catering venues will be able to serve people at outdoor tables, both for lunch and dinner, however, the nationwide curfew at 22:00 will remain in place.

This will also mean, that Rome's museums and archaeological sites can re-open from Monday, always under strict visiting protocols, another important novelty is that museums in Italy's yellow zone will be permitted to open during weekends; reservations are always required at least one day in advance.
