è presente un divano letto matrimoniale, un tavolo con delle sedie. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura, frigorifero, lavello, lavatrice e tutto il necessario per cucinare. Il salone e la camera possiedono ampie porte finestre che affacciano su uno splendido balcone con vista sul campanile di piazza degli Aurunci. E' l'ideale per una romantica vacanza di coppia, per gruppi di amici di massimo quattro persone o per una famiglia. I doppi vetri e l'affaccio su un cortile interno rendono la casa estremamente silenziosa, nonostante la vivace e chiassosa atmosfera del quartiere. San Lorenzo è infatti uno dei quartieri più alla moda della capitale, caratterizzato dalla presenza dell'Università che lo rende un punto di incontro per i giovani e un teatro multietnico all'aria aperta. Nelle sue strade si possono ancora ritrovare botteghe artigiane del secolo scorso che si confondono con i locali alla moda che aprono e chiudono di continuo inseguendo le nuove tendenze. Proprio accanto al portone c'è lo storico bar "Celestino" risalente ai primi del '900 e diventato, oggi, un punto fermo della movida di san lorenzo. San Lorenzo si trova a 2 km dalla stazione Termini, nodo nevralgico di scambio dei trasporti romani, e poco distante dalla stazione Tiburtina, la nuova stazione ferroviaria principale di Roma.
