This is a central self-catering vacation apartment located at the second floor of a residential quite building nearby Villa Pamphili, the largest green Park in the centre of Rome, where Romans to for jogging and to have pic-nics. ast, from one bedroom to the fully equipped kitchen where you can cook and have meals. Perfect for young people, couples and friends. Within few minutes is possible to reach ancient Trastevere, Piazza Venezia and Vatican by tram (running every 5 minutes) and buses. The Metro is at 3 bus stops (5 minutes) and the American University of Rome is 1,5km. Fiumicino Airport is easily reachable by the direct city train from /to Trastevere. All utilities, taxes, sheets and towels included. IMPORTANT: We don t keep a reception desk in order to keep our rates so low! Check-in time is on appointment and complaining or bad reviews because of this will be not accepted because the building manager will wait for one hour maximum at the time declared by the guest. In case of no show, no noticed delays (by phone or by email) will be extra charged and waiting hours will be charged on the guest's credit card for EUR35/hour, for a maximum of 4 hours. After 10PM the cost of the late check-in service has to be booked and paid in advance: EUR35 till midnight and EUR50 after midnight, always on appointment.
